Nick is the Co-Founder and CEO of NearSt, where he’s building the future of how the world shops. Since founding the company in 2015 with a mission to get online shoppers back into local stores, Nick has scaled the company’s technology to reach 70% of UK shops and 25% of North American businesses. Their platform is used by the likes of Google and Facebook to surface live in-store inventory availability to their billions of users, and has raised over £7m in venture capital funding. Prior to founding NearSt, Nick began his career working on Ogilvy’s graduate programme as one of the earliest members of the 360 Digital Influence Team – one of the world’s first dedicated social media monitoring and analytics teams. He later went on to lead parts of Ogilvy’s digital experience teams working on blue chip clients including Land Rover, Ford, Nestle, BP’s London 2012 Sponsorship, and Diageo.
