As Industry CTO he works with the leading retail companies across Europe on their digital strategies and delivery of cutting edge customer experiences. Previously leading the omni-channel digital strategy and execution at Suitsupply, Nick focused on CRM, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Service, and new digital customer experiences to fuel international growth and digital scale the fashion business. Prior to this, he worked at Air France – KLM where he was involved in setting up and leveraging their social media and digital strategy.
