Duncan is based in London and co-leads OC&C’s Global Home & DIY Centre oF Excellence. He has deep knowledge of the DIY sector drawn from >15 years consulting experience across board level strategy work and transaction commercial diligence (both buy side and sell side). Duncan has significant experience with both retailers and brands in the Home & DIY space, working with category captains and leading multi-nationals across a full range of strategic topics. His retail clients include Builders Merchants, DIY Retailers, Garden Centres, Category specialists (e.g Kitchens Retailers, Tiling Players) and D2C Participants, whilst on the supplier side he works across a broad range of categories (including paint, tools, garden care, furniture, lighting and beyond).
