The store, designed as convenience store, in Wallington near Croyden, is aimed at providing simple solutions for the most common home improvement projects and seamless online shopping. Further pilot locations are expected to follow in Great Britain as well as in France. The new, internationally utilised own brand range of GoodHome is focussed, according to a representation by Kingfisher, completely on the idea of simplifying home improvement. It combines products for the areas identified by Kingfisher as the eleven most important: bathroom modernisation, wall and ceiling renovation, floor renovation, refreshing facilities, making heating more efficient, creating and improving living space, maintaining the home indoors and outdoors, kitchen modernisation, garden modernisation, design and maintenance, security and automation of living, tools. The GoodHome products, according to the company, are exclusive and of high quality, also in design. Services are also provided under the own brand. The company emphasises the affordable prices of the entire offer. GoodHome products are available at B&Q in Great Britain and Ireland as well as at Castorama and Brico Dépôt in France, Poland and Romania.
