Jennifer Weihs is responsible for People & Organisational Development at OBI. The American-born psychologist has extensive experience in human resources, most recently as SVP Human Resources at Fresenius SE. She has also held positions at Korn Ferry and WillisTowersWatson. At OBI, her focus is primarily on strengthening group-wide people matters, talent and succession management, and the digitalisation of human resources work.
