COLOR EXPERT is a business unit within the Storch-Ciret Group – the number 1 group in Europe for Painting Tools. The product range of COLOR EXPERT is focused on end consumers and is marketed via DIY-chains and large-scale retail stores.
COLOR EXPERT constantly presents new product innovations and POS-concepts specific for the DIY-sector. Due to the know-how transfer from the professional end-user business within the Storch-Ciret Group, COLOR EXPERT develops and offers a high quality and value in Painting Tools at a very good price-performance ratio. This allows end consumers to achieve results in their private environments on a comparable level as if realized by professional painters. Many additional product features and innovations facilitate the DIY-process of painting and varnishing.
In cooperation with end-consumers an optimized shelf with an intuitive guiding system has been developed which provides an easy self-service in the stores. The specific surface of a wall or ceiling is crucial for the choice of the best fitting painting tools: this idea to guide end consumers is an essential part of the new guiding system.
An end-consumer who is lead through the new guiding system and product range buys products of higher quality and value. Purchasing tests showed increases in sales of 15.
